Use of the ProdPRO software platform is governed by:

  • A separate Subscription Agreement

  • A Master Services Agreement (if applicable)

  • Or other written agreement with ProdPRO

In the event of inconsistency, the executed client agreement prevails for platform use.

All content on this Website, including but not limited to:

  • Designs

  • Graphics

  • Layout

  • Logos

  • Icons

  • Product descriptions

  • Workflows

  • Module explanations

  • Demonstration material

  • Databases

  • Source code

  • Proprietary methodologies

are and remain the exclusive property of ProdPRO or its licensors.

4. Software Ownership & Protection

For the avoidance of doubt:

All ProdPRO software, systems, dashboards, workflows, modules, integrations, databases, reporting structures, architecture, and underlying code are the sole and exclusive intellectual property of ProdPRO.

Access to:

  • Website content

  • Demonstrations

  • Sales materials

  • Platform previews

  • Trial environments

does not transfer ownership or grant any intellectual property rights.

Users are granted no licence or rights except those expressly provided in a separate written agreement.

You must not:

  • Copy system workflows

  • Replicate processes

  • Reverse engineer features

  • Attempt to derive source code

  • Create derivative works

  • Build competing systems based on ProdPRO materials

  • Use information gained from demos to replicate functionality
